Another pre-recording today. I think I did it on Saturday. Not ready to do any recording tonight.

The song is “As Tears Go By” which was written by the Rolling Stones. Mick Jagger wrote the words, and Keith Richards composed the melody. It was originally recorded by Marianne Faithfull and released in 1964. I heard Mick say that he was actually a little embarrassed by it – not quite on par with their “image.” But The Stones did record it a year later. I always liked the song.

Six more recordings to do…Thanks for watching!

Nice Michelle! I haven’t played that in a long time. When I took guitar in high school they taught us a finger pick version of the song. I still remember the pattern T-1-2-1-3-1-2-1. I’ll have to see if I can still play that, it has been years. 6 to go, quite the accomplishment!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Nicely played @micelle-psl, and a cool arrangement, well done … 👏👏👏👏👏😎.

I can imagine this did not fit their “marketing hype” at the time.

    So, …. 10-9-8-7- …. 🙇‍♂️

Thank you @colinc . No, I don’t think the song fit their level of “groovy” at the time. 😎

      More like 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 🚀 YAY!!!!!
