Thanks, @stevie-d . I’m glad that my post may have given you some ideas about approaching a scale or improv. This was a pretty quick paced backing track, and the drone scale for me was more of an exercise in cross-picking for last weeks lessons, but I tried to add a few single note playing just to change things up a bit.
