  • Ergonomics small win

As I was doing the Friday chord transitions I was struggling a bit. So I thought what is the issue? I found that my sitting and playing posture was all wrong and that I was spending energy holding the guitar, First I put a strap on the guitar, next I changed my chair to a more sitting upright position, after this it all came together, no longer fighting the guitar sitting upright helped with the left hand position on the fret board, something so simple makes a huge difference!

That’s great @johnny67! I know Tony did a lesson on posture a while back. It’s the most important neglected aspect of playing IMHO. Well, that and stretching – especially for us older players. Yes, Tony did a lesson on that too!
