One win for me. When the family was all present Christmas Eve, I brought out my guitar and played Jingle Bells, Silent Night, and a few chords today, strumming and plucking. One daughter was impressed! I was happy. My husband said I needed to not look at the music sheet and do it from memory. AND that might be a goal in a few years.

Transition on the 2nd page of Jingle Bells was lousy, but..better than last year.

It sounds like it was an awesome evening Ursula ( @campfire )🤩👍👍🎄 Nothing wrong with having the sheet music there for a reference – it’s not easy playing in front of others, and can create a distraction from your playing. Perhaps there is a way that you could get copies of the sheet music so the pages can be laid side-by-side so you don’t have to pause to turn a page.
