    Oh my!!!

I finally finished the first set of lessons in Wizard, Foundational Five Universal!! I started July 18 and finished today, Sept 19! I understand it all but not the CAGED. However, you all have been so helpful and I have printed your alls’ responses and saved them. I have also saved the website where it is explained. I have read and studied over them multiple times but feel it is time to move on. figure it will come eventually.

Congrats Campfire 🙂 If you get anything down really well in Fret Wiz, it’s the foundational 5 section. It builds a solid. . .ummm. . .well, foundation 😉

I agree with @Michael-K73 that the Foundational 5 are the most important, and I think you were wise to realize it was time to move on. You don’t want to become too frustrated, and the CAGED system becomes clearer and more apparent as you move through learning to play and taking the daily challenges. You can revisit Fretboard Wizard anytime, and you will learn something new each time.

      thanks

I’m learning more just about every day. Like just now I learned the finger pattern of E Major Scale starting on G string is the same finger pattern of A Major Scale starting on the G string, just a different place on fretboard!

    Hi Ursula ( @campfire ), Now you can see that there’s more than one way to play a C chord💡 That’s a big win!🤩
