    Aloha!-

    Bought into the new FBW- (yay!!!!)……… but…….. I still can’t get access “in”.

    Still get the “Whoa” message. Hmmmm……….

    I have confirmation that the payment has been “accepted” on my VISA- (this was last night).

    Tried to “confirm” everything last night right after purchasing- by clicking the FBW button on the TAC “main page”- (got the “Whoa”). Now I’m worried………

    Tried again this morning- (figuring maybe it just takes a while to get it onto my account)- but again got the “Whoa”. Now I’m really worried…….

    There’s no “Contact Us” here so I thought I’d just put it in here on the Forum…

    Any advice on where to go from here???

    Can’t WAIT to get started on the FBW!!!!

    Hi @the_old_coach,

    If you check the menu bar on the far left side of the screen, you should see a “support” link. I would try that to let them know you are having trouble accessing FW2. Have fun with the course, I know you will have many light bulb moments in store!!

    @the-old-coach , I was reading @HowardBL was also having issues logging on. I agree with Carol-3M-Stillhand contact support. Let us know if you get it to work.

    Hey Mark @the-old-coach ;

    When it works correctly, you get access to Fret Wiz almost instantly. No waiting. So I hope you have contacted support. That’s the “Contact Us” link. I’m sure since this platform is still less than a year old and FW is brand new, this is one more issue that hasn’t been completely worked out.

    Please let us know how it turns out for you when you contact @VictoriaTACTeam . She will get your issue to the right person and I’m sure they’ll fix the problem asap.

    Thanks to all. Miss Victoria has —-once again —- saved the day!!! The problem. Not surprisingly. Can be traced back to ME. Thanks for all the advice!!! Gotta go. Gotta give my wife her phone back…..
