I am still having trouble signing on for the daily challenges. Is anybody else having this problem? Or more importantly, has anybody figured out how to get out of this boat and back to the new normal. Thanks

I had to switch the Google Chrome. I have a Mac and use Safari, and my daily challenges won’t show up in Safari.

Hey @stevenb, you’ll need to clear your cache (also called history). I have a Mac and use Safari too, and I can get the daily challenges to work for me. Just click on Safari -> Clear History and make sure the Clear All History is selected. Exit Safari and restart and you should be good to go. Site will still be extreeeeeeemely slow though.

You’ll have to clear out your cache, David. Not sure what platform and browser you’re using, but a quick Google search on how to clear your cache should point you in the right direction. I recommend completely clearing everything. From there, restart your browser and you should be good to go.

I have Wizard and song vault and cannot get past a big black square that I’m supposed to tap on. Can’t find a link to Contact TAC help.

The song vault is located at http://tacsongs.com/

and the FW should be accessible through the “lighting like bolt” on the left side of the page.

I have a Mac and when used with Firefox, all seems to be good. I haven’t had the need to clear the cache, etc.

Today, I can’t get back to previous days’ lessons; I can see today’s challenge but not yesterday’s. Any suggestions? [EDIT: I cleared my cache (Chrome) and it seemed to work. I tried Safari and that does not work – but at least I can access the lessons now 🙂 – hopefully this can be remedied as cache clearing is not ideal]

I’m a new player.. and have had my frustrations, but was very slowly making some progress. I’m a full time care 24 hr/day caregiver to my love and don’t always have the time I’d like.

I have to say this new site is a damn disaster, I’m tired of forcing myself to fight it. Trying to give it time, but I’m looking elsewhere to avoid the mess this has become. I’ll check in every few days, but I’m not very hopeful at this point. This “upgrade” for me could not have come at a worst time. I feel like I’m on my own…Again

Randy, I understand that the new site is challenging for many of us, both old and new members. Bless you for being a full-time caregiver; I am sure your love appreciates it in ways that might never be said.

Because your time for play/practicing is limited, I suggest that maybe you take some of the pressure off yourself to make every daily challenge. If you have time, you can watch the challenge, mark it as a favorite, and go back to it later. Or, instead of focusing on the daily challenges, work through some of the skills lessons.

I think the TAC team is probably still working on fine-tuning the site, and we will see some changes as the weeks go by. Remember, one of Tony’s big things is “Have Fun”. So, do what you can, when you can, and have fun.
