How I TAC – Christian
Hey fellow TAC members
this is how I – Christian – TAC.
1.) How many days per week do you play?
I started TAC roughly a month ago and so far I have played every day.
Some days with hours and relaxed a few with only the 10 minutes.
I am glad I played every day – the Streak meter helps me to stick to it!
2.) What time of day do you play?
I usually play after work but I might pick up the guitar during the day because it only one arm length away and ready to be played
3.) Where do you play?
I play on my desk at home where I work from since the pandemic.
It’s a nice little spot and I got the computer screen right in front of me which is helpful and I am not bothering anybody with my guitar playing.
<b class=””>4.) What was your guitar life like before having a guitar routine & how has implementing a consistent guitar routine helped you? (if possible name 3 ways).
I started to play the guitar 25 years ago, but I never had a teacher nor a routine.
I would pick up the guitar every now and then. There were weeks when I played nearly every day and month when I didn’t even look at my guitar(s).
<b class=””>5.) Bonus Question: What is one non-guitar item that is a must have in your guitar routine?
My newly bought Taylor Academy A12e is the one thing I really must have for practise. I have been thinking of buying a Taylor for 7 years (!) I never did because of the lack of routine and the money that needs to be invested but I am glad I finally did. I bought it because I started TAC and I knew it would get me so much further than my previous guitars. ..should have bought it 7 years ago. It’s just amazing (go Taylor!)
