This is an original song I wrote to a backing track the idea was learn to put feeling into the scales had some flubs but this take was the best I could get for now I used an electric guitar so I could get the notes of the scales to talk with more sauce my sound recording system kept giving issues one problem after another finally got this far ha ha 😀

Awesome performance @KevinZ 👏🤩👏 I think the electric definitely gave it the sauce talk that you were looking for😎 and more. What kind of electric are you playing here🤔 I don’t recognize the body shape.

Thanks @Bill_Brown it is a Switch guitar I did this awhile back and decided to work on finger flat picking patterns and Improv but plan on getting back to some more backing tracks and Improv so much to learn sometimes it is daunting but I keep on picking ha ha😀

It wasn’t for the lack of trying @KevinZ , that’s for sure. I think this performance goes down a path that’s worth taking the time to explore IMHO🤩

I guess you are in a minority @Bill_Brown it would be nice to be able to edit the posts like we used to have before the software upgrade I would like to include slow blues in the discription or delete it but cant find a way to edit it short of contacting support

It was so fun @Cadgirl I had to figure out my sound issues and was getting the blues ha ha😀 then I decided I needed a place to practice my scale work because of the volume required and the flubs and repeating finally moved my music to my camping trailer set up the electrical and heat so I can play and sing loud as I want it was just sitting in winter lay up use 1 smart phone for blue tooth backing tracks out of the camper speakers other smart phone for web work and bingo have a music studio that I can play in down to about 10 F colder than that I work on finger flat picking no singing back in the house without driving people to distraction ha ha😀 while I learn thanks for listening in

ha ha ha @KevinZ , I have to admit I did see the background and wondered where you were at. I thought maybe you were using a sewing room or something.

Computer slash sewing room a converted bedroom but it was hard making music without getting too loud raising the roof per say the camp trailer has solved all of that I looked into getting a sound booth but couldnt justify the investment not when I had a nice new trailer / sound booth outside in storage was the thought so far it works great store all my gear in it step in out of the weather do music and have fun
