Have you held one in your hands yet @BobbyJ and played it🤔? If so and you like it, then absolutely YES👍. If not, then considering that the back & sides are HPL and not solid wood, I would also consider other brands in that price range. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a satisfied Martin owner (I’ve owned 2), and each time I did my comparisons (live, not on line) the Martin won out based (IMHO) on sound, playability and materials/craftsmanship. But after reading the specs on the X Series Martins, I would still consider other brands. My brother-in-law bought a Breedlove (in that exact price range) and I was really impressed with the sound (unplugged & plugged) as well as the craftsmanship – I’m not saying get a Breedlove, I’m just saying that you may want to explore other options in that price range and see what kind of “bang for the buck” you might be able to find🤩

I totally agree with @Bill_Brown , @BobbyJ . There are a lot of options in that price range. Martin may not be the best choice in that price range. Other companies have been competing in this price range for a lot longer than Martin. The link Bill gave displays an incredible variety for you to consider. Start by the style you want and the looks that grab you, then do research and try to find something local that you can actually pick up and play. That is a big deal. The more money you pay and the more experience you have the greater the possibility of choosing a guitar online that you’ve never played but end up being happy with. But in this price range, you really need to have it in your hands. But I will say that Yamaha, Epiphone and Breedlove are very reliable in this price range.
