Music Camp & Jamming in my Future???
Spent the afternoon (1 to 2:30 – no charge “get to know you”) meeting with an in-person local music instructor, and she was impressed with how much I’ve learned online in less than a year. I have to give much of the credit to TAC. I’ve learned so much here!
She recommended I go to The Sparrow Music Camp in June. If you’re familiar with the Asokan Center in NY state, it’s a similar series of workshops. And she invited me to a local jam session!
My new music teacher is classically trained and will teach me how to read music and how to play chord melody. She also teaches ukulele. I’m already invited to a local jam. I’m psyched! This will certainly supplement what I’m learning here!

Well, @Bill_Brown, I asked him if he wants to go to the Music Camp with me and he said nope, I should go on my own. I think he realized he’d be bored to tears. And he doesn’t want to go along to the jams. So I’m cleared for take off!✈🎵
