Must Log-in EVERY time I open the TAC website
I’ve contacted TAC Help and tried every suggested fix. I’ve bookmarked TAC, I use the Chrome browser, I refreshed my screen, I log-in and click “Remember Me” – but every time I MUST LOG-IN ;-( This was not a problem with the old website.
Suggestions from fellow Guitar Geeks?

@Ed_G This is happening to everyone, and this is a known issue that TAC is aware of and they’ve heard from many people regarding this matter. It is on the list of items to be addressed (and hopefully changed) in the near future.

Hi Lorraine – on a whim, I just changed my password and now I get into TAC fine.
Go figure.

Get in or stay in @Ed_G? Seems like since the site change the slowness and constantly being logged out is the way this new site works. That’s why my own visits and posts have fallen off precipitously. If I wasn’t a lifetime member I’d have already left.

Yeah, it’s pretty much a hassle right now, with no end in sight. I don’t look forward to logging in like I used to. But, that’s me, and to each his own.

Hi @Ed_G – glad you’ve done a work-around. If it is any consolation to those reading this post, most programs are requiring stricter security. So if you’re not actively using a site your get logged out. I deal with it at work whenever they upgrade a software program…

Thanks Ed. Logging in every time is really getting to be a deterrent to me. Shouldn’t have to do that. I used to get on the site several times a day. Not happening now. I’ll try the “password trick”, and see what happens. Hopefully that will be easy to do.
