My Streak Keeps Reverting to one day

I don’t know why this is happening, but my streak keeps reverting back to day 1 even though I did not skip a day. I took a screen shot where it has today’s date, but won’t check off May 29th, but has tomorrow’s (Sunday) already checked even though it’s Saturday. This is the third time this year it’s done that. Part of my goal when I started this year was to keep my streak going on a daily basis……it’s just very discouraging. Has this happened to anyone else?

If you truly haven’t missed a day, then I suggest you contact TAC and ask them.

  The first time it happened, I sent TAC a message, they said they couldn’t do anything to correct it.

Hi @PamB , the same thing would happen to me in the old format. Since the new format (knock on wood) it hasn’t happened so far. I certainly understand your frustration – not being recognized for something that you’ve achieved. I would do as @Loraine suggests – it can’t hurt🤔

I make sure I log out and log back in every day. If you are not doing that I would try it.

  I will try that, usually I just close Safari app, but I will make it a point to log out.

One cause is that it doesn’t respect time zones; if I log on after 9 pm pacific, I don’t get credit for that day.

Another cause is that I t’s just broken. Today I’ve got check marks for yesterday and the day before, an orange box for today, and a streak count of one.

  I thought about it being in different time zones but I’m on EST so even if I log on at 11:30 pm, it’s only 9:30 pm MST……so for me, I don’t think the time zone has anything to do with it.
  
  I did write to them before when I lost my 43 day streak and asked them if they could just correct it on their end, but apparently that is not an option. Since then it’s happened mother two times. Not happy about it, but wondered if others were having the same experience as me.

    It now seems to be using UTC, since it’s 5:30 on Monday evening at my house but it’s Tuesday at TAC.

    I don’t know what to think. I just had the same thing happen to me today (Tuesday), June 8 and both Tuesday and Wednesday were marked off. I also had it happen this past weekend when I logged on Saturday and both Saturday and Sunday were checked. At least it didn’t send me back to a one day streak!
