I don’t really have a set schedule. I’m retired so it depends on appointments, errands, etc., but I pick up my guitar at least once a day. Sometimes it’s 2-3 times a day. The amount of time I play depends on my mood, but I would say my average time is 20-30 minutes. Sometimes I do Skills Courses, sometimes a Daily Challenge (just started them), other times I just work on the things that I’ve learned.

I think the daily playing has really helped. This beats the old fashioned lessons from years ago, when I didn’t really feel like I was learning anything interesting. I must be making progress. My fingertips are sore and I’m definitely developing the callouses. Even though they’re sore, there not sore. Know what I mean?

Anyway, that’s it. Nothing special. Just working on it daily and making noticeable progress.

Rando, welcome to the TAC community, and thanks for posting your how you TAC. It helps us get to know you a bit better. I think I know the feeling between fingertips hurting, but not hurting – LOL Sounds like you’re making steady progress, which is all we could ask for. Keep up the great work!
