Need to change my email from one that is invalid to one that is valid

The problem I’m encountering is that when I try to change my email address it sends a verification email to the “bad” email address so I’m stuck. Hopefully an admin can help so I don’t have to cancel and rejoin.

    Glad your issue is fixed @dharum . That’s what I was going to tell you, that you had to get a hold of support as there is no way to fix this issue on your own.

    Victoria was excellent. I submitted the issue via email, and within minutes I noticed that she had fixed things. Lol, very fast. Then I got her email. I wish all technical support teams were this efficient and friendly.
