Woo hoo! Hit my 90 th playing session today. So happy having begun this new guitar journey. April I joined Tony’s challenge and didn’t know a single note. Since then I have learned to tune my guitar, play a long with some of the daily challenges and can play G C D Am Em E7 Dm F mini bar and a few others. Looking forward to the next 90 days. Anne – South Carolina

That’s right @puresterling-925gmail-com , baby steps – you have to learn to walk before you can run – so many have tried otherwise. I’m glad to hear that your taking it slow – that’s the way to do it – congrats! Always remember to TRUST THE PROCESS, you’ll be much better for it. Best of luck on your future journey.

Way to go Anne. It is so fun and exciting when we learn new notes or chords, what experienced players might have forgotten what it was like at the beginning. It is super exciting. Keep at it, and keep posting your wins.

You are off to a great start. Do you have a favorite song(s) you want to play as part of your quarterly goal for the end of September assessment?

As silly as this might sound. I would like to learn how to play happy birthday. Would love to play happy birthday to my family and friends when their birthdays come around.

Fun idea! I might have to start learning how to play it and then move on to the Beatles “Birthday” song.
