Love the alternate open G, etc (Groucho Marx) skill/challenge. I got it down smoothly and almost flawlessly went up and back down the scale. Is it me or is this getting easier? I don’t know, but whatever it is, I LIKE IT!!!!

I’m with you on this one. That lesson was unadulterated fun!

It did confuse my daughter when she came in and picked up my guitar and started to strum a song on it 😂… It was still in open G

I guess we need one guitar in standard tuning, one in Drop D, one in Open G, etc. This could be exciting, if not spend….. LOL

A great reason to keep buying guitars? 🙂

GReat win for you. I too like open tunings. I just don’t like having to re-tune to standard….. I guess I need a guitar for each open tuning.

I agree…..a guitar for each tuning: Drop D, Open G…… This could get speedy, but fun. LOL

Great win @auntiemah . I think sometimes lessons just click. And sometimes, you’ve done foundational work, and then, Tah-Dah, things work! So either way it’s a great win.
