Although I enjoyed taking the drop d challenges in the past (they open up a whole new world) I thought it would be more productive for me to go back a week and actually try to improve on a previous lesson that I enjoyed. So it felt good to get the shape down on Jokers are Wild.

The small win for me is that in my mind I no longer feel I HAVE to do the scheduled challenge…. just so long as I get my TAC time in – I’m good!

@brian2501 – Amen to that – not feeling obligated and having the freedom to have fun and do what’s right for you at a given moment. Great win!

Thanks…it’s a bit of a dilemma because I do look forward to “what is he coming up with next”…

Absolutely. As Tony always says it is your guitar journey and you get to choose. I have been writing and rehearsing a couple of songs for my first ever Virtual Open Mic next Thursday so the daily challenges have gone on hold a bit. But I will go back to them afterwards and see how I get on. Well done on getting that psychological barrier removed. If you don’t already go the I’d thoroughly recommend the 90 Day Progress parties too. Chance to connect with Tony live plus meet fellow TAC members for a chat. Keep on rockin’ 🤟😎🎸
