Double win today, first off, I am doing this during my lunch break. Second I did the exercise and caught on pretty good compared with last time. Thank you all who support effort!

Glad for your success! I had difficulty seeing what Tony was doing with his fingers – what finger in what order, etc. Did you notice any resource material for this exercise?

Yes solitaire, I use the tab and watch sometime several times. I have to push myself to focus, as I push myself I seem to notice my improvements better. The exercise of focus is an area of uncomfortableness. That is where my progress comes from because it is a strong voice inside that says I’m going to learn this one way or another, it may as well be now.

Isn’t that just great when you realise that you have improved and didn’t realise it. A great win and fabulous lightbulb moment. I’m not sure whether you missed lunch though. I would call that a lose rather than a win. 🍔🍟☕

I had lunch, I just used my time well enough to get in the play.
