Ive told you before how i meet the greatest characters on youtube due to tac and total guitar geek immersion. well, the man Ill introduce you today is top of the list. He is an outstanding blues player. He marches to the beat of his own drum and …well, its just hard to explain. He plays an old Guild guitar and sings fantastic, rev Gary Davis songs kind of like Dave van Ronk. . Do yourself a favor and check him out. He is definitely one of a kind and teriffic! goes by the moniker of Messiahsez. You will not be disappointed. thank you agin tac!

Well, I checked him out, @Mrfredsporty . You are right that he’s on top of the weird list. I’ll leave this guy to you and anyone else who enjoys his open tuning slide playing. Not my cup of tea.

LOL, @Mrfredsporty , ok, I’ll give him another listen. He is a character and he is very good on the guitar. I really don’t like fast playing, so I like that he is big on choosing the right note and playing slowly enough to hear what the notes are. I’ll let you know what I think about “Cocaine Blues”.

Yeah, you gotta love those super low bass voices. It’s crazy how low some of these guys can go. But also, I love the arrangement of these 4 young people. Guitar, banjo, fiddle, acoustic bass. It just sounds so great. An acoustic guitar dream sound.
