Thanks, @Philb ! Just so you know. I am playing a Guild D-55, which has some Gibson like features and some Martin-like features, but it’s a fun one to play.

Aha! Guild’s are nice; had one at one point. I saw the G on the head stock and presumed then from some of the features. Nice looking and sounding guitar.

That was fantastic. My goal is to get here at some point. For now, I am able to play the scale over the track, but not yet having much luck making anything musical on my own.

Thanks for the feedback @Guitlesson Getting the scale down is a great start. From there, over time , you will be able to mix it up and come up with different lines or melodies. Have fun !
