    I decreased the video speed from 1.0 to .75. I could really see Tony’s fingers transition from three strings to another three strings in Speed Bag. I understood what he was saying so much faster. Was a light bulb moment for me! Try it if what he’s saying and doing just isn’t clicking as well as you’d like!!🙃

    Thanks for the tip. I’ve never really “slown” it down for the video effect but it makes sense once you say it.

    Great point @campfire , thanks for sharing this. Many times, watching Tony’s hand and fingers is more important than what he is saying.
