Thanks so much – finding a lot to enjoy with guitar at the moment.

Hello Moonhare
This is a lovely piece of work – what would be a great addition would be to record it with a bit of wren song at the end as an outro! Here is the sound of a wren for those who don’t know it and I think there is a run in the middle where you pick it out very sweetly.

You may be onto something there! I did write a piece a few years ago with blackbird song in it and it worked really well.

Thanks for listening. I’m getting on with developing this into a complete piece now.

You should be happy with it. Wish I could write something so tuneful.

Thanks a lot. It was great fun even if I’m not quite where I want to be just yet.

Wow! That was such an inspired piece! I watched your finger picking and your fretting and thought, “Man I know all those chords and licks but there they are, all running around on the playground together with such a nice bit of sameness yet variety! Practice is one thing for people like me but gifted is another for people who are (humbly) talented!! You are!

Thankyou so much for the encouragement. I’m pushing myself out of my comfort zone with these posts so they are not always completely polished but that’s what moves you to the next level. Good luck on your journey too! 🤟😎🎸

You played it great, it sounded great; but the fact you also wrote it is a WOW factor! Wonderful!

Thanks for the encouragement. I enjoy writing music, it’s just that my guitar fingers don’t yet let me get out what is in my head! 🤟😎🎸
