Lesson 1 of 0
In Progress
Friday, November 6
Friday’s purpose is to kick off the weekend with some fun, and what better way to have fun than to add another lick to your guitar tool chest. Since licks are so fun and catchy, Friday’s offer an additional lick for you to mess with and use over the weekend. It is pretty much what happens on Tuesday, but with the added bonus of not having to work the next day!!! Have a great weekend!!!

Hi Tony, I’m really enjoying the lessons! I’ve been playing for over 20 years and have had a hard time finding lessons that are challenging and useful but most importantly, fun! Many thanks! Sometimes in the video it says what key the licks are in, but I didn’t hear it in this one, is it written somewhere that I missed? Really useful for adding the licks to the arsenal. Thanks again!
Matthew,
Thank you so much for your kind words and for being a member, I am so glad you are enjoying your guitar and most importantly having fun!!! Normally I do mention the licks key and for some reason I dropped the ball on these, sorry about that. The first two videos are both in G, (the 1st is a straight ahead lick, while the other is a transition to a C chord) and the chord progression is in the key of C, as it hits all of the naturally occurring minor chords. I hope this helps 🙂
Cheers,
Tony
