Great economy of movement in his playing. Interesting to notice younger video (Keep I t Up) his right hand was curved/mostly closed, as he aged his right hand opened up and was completely relaxed (like flipping water off) in “The Pleasant Beggar”. Amazing note selection and perfect feel for timing.
That first song is one of my favourites so far. Clean and complex but lot flashy. Love it.
Not flashy but rock solid! I enjoyed listening to him, his flatpicking was a style I like alot.
