I’m glad I took the plunge with TAC – even something as simple as this is a workout for my left hand. I’ve been strumming for years, but without focus, and a simple C7 chord is making me work my pinky. It makes me wish I’d taken lessons years ago, but better late than never!
Andy,
I am so glad you are here and digging the exercises!!! Keep up the awesome work!!!
Cheers,
Tony
Glad I found your course. I was stuck in a rut and you have given me another challenge. Started playing guitar about 2 years ago. I really enjoy it. Bought a Martin DRSGT two months ago, great sounding guitar, can’t put it down. It makes playing guitar more enjoyable when you find the ” one”. Anyway I have to give my fingers a rest, oh so sore. I’ll have to pace my practicing . Thanks.
Chris,
I am glad you are here and giving that DRSGT a work out!!! I agree finding the “one” is a great momentum builder for busting out of a guitar rut 🙂
Cheers,
Tony
OH my thank you so much for providing standard notation!! I might be the only new guitar player who hates TABs .. but I do! Coming from woodwinds I am intimately familiar with the G cleft. When I started with guitar just a couple months ago I bought a method book, and there were tabs everywhere and they made me crazy, because my brain was reading the g cleft. I tossed that book and got a new one that had no tabs. So the standard notation is what my brain reads and much more comfortable for me. Makes this exercise easier. Thank you!!
Sus,
You are welcome 🙂 I am glad to hear that it is helpful!!!
Cheers,
Tony
