John, my guitar has light gauge strings, good action. Do you mind if I ask about the pain you still get? Does it mainly occur in certain situations?

That is a great idea to repeat the course – had not occurred to me! I am doing some of the daily challenges when time is short (too often the case) and saving the FW when I have more time. I hope that is a good strategy.
