Somehow I missed the Uke version of this I think…
Nice Job, this song is new to me! Heck Emerson, Lake and Palmer are new to me. Checking them out today!

Knocking down those barre chords is a big deal! Nice win

I believe this is a known issue. I don’t know when they will get it fixed but… It isn’t listed in the known bugs. I have however seen/heard it mentioned by some person or another on the TAC team…

I think there is a way to send a message on this page as well. I haven’t used it but the little smiley chat bubble bottom left may allow you to send a message.

Yup, this one I think – the loss of favorites from the old site – is a thorn in the side of the TAC team as well. I lost all my warmups that I had favorited. On the up side, I am making sure to favorite everything that is difficult, or that I particularly enjoy, and ALL of the warmup lessons, I depend on those an awful lot! Heck, I should just favorite everything.

The sore fingers will pass. I think we all put it out of our minds at some point and forget how sore sore is, and how long it takes, but I promise that does get better. Glad to read that has started for you!
Great job on getting those chords down, add Am in and you have the pop world at your fretting fingertips 🙂

I had problems with photos too. I think I am going to have to make a 3rd post to legit enter any contest. I don’t expect to win, but engaging I think is important. Nice entry!

I actually have been having fun with them lately. I think it was a matter of forcing myself to play them a lot over the last couple months. Builds up the thumb stamina.
They are always easier on an electric, and nearly always fatiguing on acoustic.I just sometimes get bored with open chords in the home position. Besides, it helps to build up that tension if the root notes gets higher and higher during the chord progression, until you release all that when you head back home.
I do however need to stop noodling so much and practice more. I think staycation has made me lazy.

Thanks, I’m still spun up about it! I really need to not have another 10 years go by. Could hardly recognize the kiddos, who are now nearly adults.
So much fun playing with my brother, good memories of making up silly songs when we were still kids. Musicking with him is somehow more gratifying now though.
