My First 90 I focused on solidifying some fundamentals that I thought I was lacking, and started playing scales every day for practice, in preparation for my next 90
My next 90 will be fretboard memorization and improv/lead
So goals first. I chose just 2 songs for the goal I was trying to reach, and worked those into my “play” time, which I see as different than my practice time.
So I guess in short, decide what your goals are, then look for songs that utilize the skills you are working on to achieve your goals… kinda like a graduation project or something

57 songs in, don’t feel so down on yourself. I’ve only done about 6 or 7 new songs to me since February, and you do one EVERY DAY!!! with that in mind you did FANTASTIC!
This is one I hope you revisit after you complete your challenge because it fits your voice so very well.

I am going to be one to join you on the 30 day restart… Mostly because I feel like I need to back up a little with Lyle now that his new enthusiasm can pull him through the parts that are boring to him. I think the new layout will make it easier for me to put him in the driver’s seat on it this time.
Got one kid at a friend’s and the other at Mom’s this weekend, but I think next week we will be putting the living room together for a communal place to play, so they will stop coming in my room and tearing up my bed whenever they want to play together.
I also have gone through all the startup videos and have set my profile. I think that’s a nice walkthrough.

I get where you are coming from. I came close on a couple, but with a lot more than 10 minutes put into it.
I figure it will come in time.
It is still a good win to keep up on those chord changes. Getting those speedy and clean is definitely handy

Yep, I just looked on another laptop, and on that screen it seems to dissappear…
To find it hover your mouse over the bottom right corner of the video, then move your cursor down until it is livel with the “Learn” “Play” tabs, then move the mouse slowly to the left until it shows you are over a link, then click. That should get you the tab, the favorite button is just a little further left of that… Hope that gets you there

Once you get to the video screen for the lesson, just below the video on the right. Just to the right of the little heart.
I think the gray on white is getting a lot of people It can be hard to see for some I suppose.
