I could swear I posted to this, but…. i guess not. Want to let you know, you did great! Love Jim Croce, I find his songs on the harder side, but you did really well with it. I’m sure there will be more to come now that you have uploading songs mastered 🙂

The challenges disappear at the end of each month. They will come around again, but for now, kiss them goodbye. This is a very good time to start the challenges. You’ll be starting out at the beginning of the month. You can start out with the PROM NIGHTMARE. If you ‘favorite’ them you’ll be able to access them after the months end. I wouldn’t worry about any that you missed last month, just start fresh with this month.
You can download the tab and store it on your computer to access whenever you want. You can’t download the video thou. Good Luck. and happy strumming.

AWESOME! I knew you could do it @the-old-coach . I have always loved Jim Croce. For me…. his songs are not the easiest to play, but you did a very good job playing it.

@the-old-coach, how frustrating to not get your video to post. I used the instructions from the TAC site and I did get mine to post. I had to save the video first to my computer, then upload it to the youtube site. I did it once. that doesn’t mean I’ll be able to figure it out again. Good Luck to you.

I understand your feelings. I got sick over the holidays. I would go as far as opening up the challenge and that was about it. I’d start a few but rarely finish them. Don’t let yourself become overwhelmed. Just take little bites at a time. You said you are a song leader take one of your songs and try to incorporate a solo like the Wednesday Improvisation does. You might get yourself back on track this way. This is all for learning and fun. Don’t take the fun out by stressing too much.

@Mrfredsporty, good find in looking into other sites. Everyone has something to offer. Different ways of explaining or different ways of playing. Hopefully Moose is able to come home soon.

It happens @Dean-Staff. People get busy, people get sick and you just can’t get to that guitar. would it help if you just listened to some of the lessons? I’m sure you have some favorites that you wouldn’t mind just listening to and putting together in your head till you get back into the groove of playing.

Yes, @the-old-coach it’s harder once the camera is rolling. I did the same thing. I record a ton of songs till I get one that sounds ok. I’m sure others do the same thing.

Honestly @the-old-coach. I don’t think you are doing anything wrong. Like @Loraine said wait till the pink screen syndrome is over than try again. Pink Screen Syndrome? Sounds like a great song title to me. ha ha ha. Good luck

Thanks @Loraine , I was trying to help out @the-old-coach. He’s been trying to post a video without any luck. When I went to reply to the post, I noticed it was the Pink page of death. That might be his issue all along because he seems to be doing everything correctly. Thanks again.

OH Gosh @Loraine my was super simple too. I’m going to try to do the Nancy Kerrigan again but i thought it was really hard.
