It takes a while to get barr chords down. But it sounds like you are on the way there. Good Job.

You did great @campfire , I swear, it doesn’t take long to get out of the habit of playing the guitar. I take mine with me on trips (we haven’t flown since COVID). I never thought about renting a guitar. What a great idea. I agree a big win.

Good job on making it to the daily challenge. One month can easily turn to 2 months 🙂

I am going to guess the one lie is steel wool. Good for you to change your own strings. I’ll change mine but I don’t like to.

I think it uploaded this time.

Im sorry, I tried to upload the location of the tabs and for some reason.. I couldn’t find the picture I took on my IPhone! It just came out so here it is. I hope this helps you out. I did double check and the tab is in the location of my screen capture. NOW! THe site isn’t accepting the screen capture. I’m going to try to save it up again. But, in case I can’t. The tabs are in an ICON called Materials. I think each course has one.

Glad that your 2nd TACiversay is going so well. Love the progress you are making also, thanks for sharing. Your inspirational to the rest of us. 🙂

@ted_h , you are doing fantastic! Nothing like a heart attack to jump start your guitar routine (just teasing). Your TAC anniversary reads great. Thanks for posting the beginning video and current. Dang it, I wish I would have thought of doing that. Your current video! Knocked my socks off. You are amazing. Thanks again for posting your journey.

@Duane58 I have had the Acrylic nails put on at a salon. You don’t have to do both hands, just the fingers you want. So the cost would be cheaper. The only draw back from Acrylic nails is your nails are weaker when the Acrylic comes off. They will strengthen up again, but when it comes off the nails will be flimsy. You also will have to go for maintenance every so often. You aren’t going to want real long nails, just long enough to clear your finger. I would wait till you break one. That would be the time to test it. Google fingernails for guitarist there is plenty of information out there.

Congratulations on the new guitar. I’m sure you will love having it in your guitar arsenal. Looking forward to you playing on the ‘play for us’.
