Welcome back @davidebert ! Don’t beat yourself up over your absence. The important thing is that you felt the need to re-engage. @Cadgirl has some good advice. Tony tells us that consistency and small wins are the key. Designating a particular time and place each day to pick up to guitar and do the Daily Challenges will help you achieve that. Hi @aj2323, starting on page 15 the Guitar Journal has a 14 separate pages for each week in the quarter and designated space for each day in the week for journal entries to record your Guitar Progress. I did notice that the 13 pages after page 14 are all numbered 15! 😂
I have not seen nor heard an explanation of the Prepare and Reflect pages. From the layout it seems this could be a place to highlight known or possible roadblocks to your guitar routine and do some planning on how to work with those.

I can really relate. When people ask me what kind of music I play on guitar I tell them “loud and sloppy”. That usually gets a raised eyebrow or two, so I explain: The song will sound kind of close to the original and you may recognize it. What I lack in skill and finesse on the guitar and vocals I compensate by being loud and drive through the chords! 😂. The result of decades of dabbling! I do have fun though and my aim is that through the TAC method and community I might deliver something with better quality, tone and dynamics.

@philb , when I joined TAC in late April, The Fretboard Wizard was and add on (ie. for additional cost) that was offered. IMO, the FW course was very good and I learned quite a bit. I still go back and refer to the information and tools from the course. I have noticed in the threads some discussion that the FW course was being revamped and that people are asking when the revamped version will be ready. No word on that yet.
