Some daily challenges are going to seem impossible, that is OK. Just spend 10 mins on it and do as much as you can. Some days that might only be a single measure. Again that is OK. The next time it comes along maybe you get 2 measures or maybe more. It is the repeated exposure that will cause you to progress.

The idea of TAC is progress over perfection.
You are not expected to be good at the week one lessons after a single week. It’s the constant exposure to new things that will cause you to progress, not spending the time perfecting a lesson. Some lessons will be easy and you can master them after 10 mins, most you won’t master the first time through and you are not expected to. Just spend the 10 mins and do the best you can and move on. The skills will come around again in other lessons and as time goes on you will get better and better at playing them.

Not sure what TAC 1 is. Is it day 1 of the 30 Days to Play?
As a beginner your fingers aren’t going to be able to do certain shapes or have the necessary stretch. It takes months for some of the stretches and to get comfortable with some of the chord shapes.
Do the best you can and just keep trying and it will eventually come. @jumpinjeff tip was a good one. Try doing it slow, spend as much time as necessary getting your fingers where they need to be, then take your fingers off and repeat. It took me 4 months to get comfortable with the C chord shapes. About the same amount of time for the stretch needed for power chords. Be patient.

TAC is about progress over perfection. It sounds like you have that in that you practice every day. The idea is to practice whatever Tony is presenting on a give day for 10 mins and then move on. Some days it will be easy, some days you may only get the first measure, that is OK is will come around again in the future and you will hopefully progress further.
I structure my practice time as follows. 10 mins on the TAC Daily Challenge, then 5 mins each on two of the 7 essential skills (picking, chords, arpeggios, rhythm, notes, aural, scales). I rotate through each day so I’m covering 2 different skills each day of the week. Then I spend 10 mins on songs.
If I have a particular chord transition I’m struggling with I will a 5 min session to work on it. Right now it is D to Bm.

I typically just use my iPhone. If I want really good audio I will record it separately with a Zoom recorder or using a Focusrite Audio Interface and then combine with the video using Adobe Premiere.

Yeah I still look at 371 hours of practice. It was around 120 hours that I was able play a song with simple chords without looking. It takes a while.

Each week is standalone and is typically teaching a specific skill or technique. The next week is generally a completely different skill/technique. The challenges repeat over a long period 9-12 months. The philosophy is that you are being exposed to these bite sized techniques over time. The first time through you might only be able to the first measure or 2. The next time the technique comes around you will get a little further and eventually you will get through the entire exercise.
Over time all of these little incremental improvements will build up and you will become a good guitar player.

Or you could look on this list I created 🙂

When you get back you can go back to the previous week. Personally I would just skip it (it will come back around) and just focus on the new week. Since the weeks don’t build on each other it’s fine to skip and just go with the current week.

I assume by beginning you mean 30-days to play as there isn’t really a beginning to the Daily Challenges.

The red recording light makes everyone forget how to play guitar.

The 5 day challenge is a good next step.
It is the same format as the Daily Challenges. So once you have completed it you should click on the Daily Challenge link at the top of the left-hand menu bar and get started there. The Daily Challenges are part of a week long lesson. So start on a Monday and then progress from there. Each Monday is a reset and a new weekly set of challenges.
