You are doing that Yamaha justice. Thanks for continuing to share your journey with us. Nice job.

I am listening to you on the 15th floor of a rooftop in South Padre Island watching the families on the beach below so thanks for posting this for us.

You are doing well. You didn’t mention it but I’ll bet you also have an Em and Am chord and will soon add a mini F chord. At the end of this month TAC will have a little review time. You will have a “campfire” going this fall. Congratulations.

I’ve been around 1,950 sessions and can agree with all the others. #1. Move on and have fun. The more you do it, the easier it becomes. 10 minutes or whatever it turns into and look forward not back.

If misery loves comfort, I am not very good at journaling either. The 90 day goals keep sneaking up on me and I have to hustle or repeat the goal or incorporate an unfinished piece in my next 90 days. It’s already time for another review at the end of this month.

Well about the time I think I know a little something, I humbly learn something new. I didn’t realize BobDylan wrote this song. I knew Garth’s version and others covered it. After hearing you play it I looked it up and… sure enough… Dylan wrote it. Thanks for the info and the song. And happy to see you working on that old flat.

Six seconds of recorded bliss. Thanks for sharing. I like Doc Watson’s rendition of “All God’s Critters Got A place on the Choir”.

You’re just an Animal. Eric Burton made it work for a whole new generation. Nice chord transitions.

That very nice looking piece of art. Now on to those protest songs on a 12 string. Congratulations on that and a 73rd trip around the sun.

Nice job. Lyrics are slippery. Before you know it they slide out. And there are a lot of them to sneak out.

I’ve been through it a couple of times. But I don’t recall having a problem figuring out what questions I missed. I usually went back and learned from my errors. (Not that you aren’t). So I’m not much help. Sorry.

Tony added a new little household member about the time Acoustic Tuesday ceased to add new episodes (the Acoustic Episodes are still available and they are still relevant). We all have adjustments to make to keep life balanced. I do see new content and exploratory concepts. The idea of benchmark songs is one such concept. The Song Vault or Jam Clubs are vestiges of earlier concepts that are no longer pursued but still available. There is a Fretboard Wizard 2 now that is improved. I don’t think it is accurate to say Tony is milking past content but he has retained past content and continues to make it accessible while adding to it as life allows. I see him experimenting with a little new YouTube content. Recently there was a review of a John Fogerty interview about writing Proud Mary that was fun. Life has seasons and moving through them requires adjustments. I appreciate that all these add to my guitar journey. I’ve appreciated your comments and contributions to the forum. I respect your need to move through the seasons of your guitar journey too. I afford the same grace to Tony (and Levi or whomever is behind the camera) to adjust and keep the fun in it as best we can. Guitar Geeks Unite. (another vestige).

I have been messing around with a looper and a focusrite 4i4 with Reaper DAW and also OBS with 2 video cameras. I’m in way over my head but I occasionally surface and get a breath of air with the help of my grandson’s teaching visits.
