Good morning! We are all looking for something different in TAC. At first, I thought the challenges were coming at me too quick. Now coming to the end of my 2nd year, I know what interest me.

My suggestion is when you come to a week of challenges you like, save them (click on the heart), so you can go back to them when there is a challenge that you may not like. Or if you want to spend more time on a challenge. If you don’t save it, after about a month, you won’t be able to access it again until it comes up again.

For me, I will still try a challenge that I may not have a lot of interest in, but I have made me a back-up plan for those weeks.

    Hope this helps! Steve

I would do the 5 day challenge. Understand the daily challenge’s repeat every year. I would start at the beginning of a week and do what you can. You will come across challenges you like so be sure to click on the heart to save them. Then you can go back to them whenever you want.

I think they are meant to be challenging. So if you don’t get it the first time, you can save it and try it again, or just move on. It’s at your pace. No one will judge you.

There are no daily challenge’s on the weekend, so it is a good time to repeat a challenge or just use it to practice

I echo Matt’s comment about “falling behind”. You should be on your own pace! Everyone journey to finding a Guitar they like is different. I always wanted a Martin, so 35 years ago I bought a Sigma (Martin Knock off). But I never stuck to a lesson and picked it up and put it away so many times I never learned how to play. 2 years ago after I retired, a Martin popped up on Marketplace, and I bought it. I made a vow to myself that if I got the Martin, I had to stick with it.

After 2 years, I have done that with TAC’s help. I touch my guitar everyday and I proceed at my own pace.

The point is, for me, having my dream guitar made the difference. I can’t blame the instrument anymore.

It is confusing at first. Know every week is a new weekly challenge. They repeat every year. So if you had time, I would suggest go back to Monday and do it, then Tuesday and Wednesday. Then you are caught up for the week. Then next Monday find you routine. There are ono challenges on the weekends, so it could be a good time to catch up or repeat a challenge.

Have same issue. Started to think I lost a week of my life. TAC Help Desk says the problem is me and my computer. That I should clean my cashe, restart, use a different browser and use another devise.

    I call BULL!

I have had my 562 day streak end last week because the system said I didn’t log in but I completed the lesson!

    Getting frustrated!

I feel your pain. Last week, Tuesday I did my challenge and marked complete. The next day I see my 552 day streak had ended. The system shows I completed the lesson, but said I didn’t log in! WHAT? Yes, I am pissed. I have been in contact with someone at the Help Desk and they have referred my issue to there IT Department.

So hopefully it gets fixed, because it is a big deal to me!
