Hi charlie_d – that was a very intricate and dark melody that went well with the minor chords of the backing track . Thanks for posting!

Great improv charlie_d! Loved the way your 12 string sounded you wove a very lovely melody.

I really enjoyed that Guitargeezer-jack! I haven’t heard that song in years and you did a great cover. Pretty cool that you met Harry Chapin too. I love that old album Verities and Balderdash with “Cats in the Cradle” and “30,000 pounds of bananas”.

I really liked it and was very happy to hear that it resolved quite peacefully, i.e. the storm subsided. It was fun to play along with and try some improv on as well. Well done!

Keep on posting! We need more Wednesday solos and improvs and your contributions are welcome!

Thanks very much, Marisa! I have to learn how to play and sing together (and fingerpick with ease) the way that you do so well.

Thanks for listening Moonhare! I really enjoyed the composition you posted.

Thanks, Lorraine. Yeah, i was doing the backward roll along the scale that Tony taught at the start of the improv but I couldn’t even hear the notes played on the A and drop D strings – kind of got lost in the backing track.
