Nice one @Marty75 so sorry you got YT issues I found a way around the issue. That has worked for me in the past I changed the title and some words they let it slide but Eagles Bryan Adams and 1 other were very picky about covers. I have never been after money on my You Tube posts just the link so I can post on other sites. Eagles songs deserve to be remembered when people cover them that happens. So I guess I have a hard time figuring out why they are so picky about it. But it is what it is.

Nice one @Braden redoing songs is hard and you did it well. I do that once in awhile Tony suggested we should redo songs see how far you have come. So don’t feel you are the only one revisiting some songs are so good they deserve it. Keep on pickin ha ha.

Thanks @DennisW for listening in and commenting good songs get covered and are timeless. We were all young and starry eyed and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Glad I could give you those memories if only for an instant I wanted to do a Valentines song that hardly ever gets performed anymore.

Thanks @Braden that pinch 2 3 was a challenge 3/4 time played fast rolls my version was unplugged but I tried to get the rolling vibe from 1 guitar. You have a fantastic year also. Glad you took the time to comment and let me know you liked it.

Thanks @albert_d for listening in and commenting. I got to say that you have lived a great music experience so good for you. I was poor had to buy the best of tapes so my bucks stretched further drank day before payday beer. But I practically wore out the John Denver cassette see I listened to country old time rock 50’s 60’s everything but Rap. But JD makes me think of beautiful country land scapes. When I perform his songs I think that way and a beautiful girl goes along with all that. Call me strange but it is what it is. I just hope to do justice to JD songs if I do thats all I can ask for. Happy New year to you and yours.

Thanks @MrKimm for listening in and commenting. Just keep at it take a slow song you like break it into parts lyrics , chords, vocals, timing, strumming or picking pattern also finger pick or flat pick play simple strumming alongside the original almost like you were playing it with them. When the strum sounds like the original doesn’t fight it you have the timing. Then I whisper learn the lyrics to fit in with the music when I can do all the verses by memory. Thats when I try and sing I hope this helps you I wished I had a method when I 1st started the more you use the method the easier it becomes.

Thanks @Braden for listening in and commenting very much appreciated. The original had alot of great background music that I didn’t have so I did some improvisation to fill in for it glad you thought my version was enjoyable. Hope all is well

Hey thanks so much @Braden once I can get the 3 count playing without having to constantly think about it. It gives me the freedom to sing with feelings that I think the song deserves. Very much appreciated you commenting so nice. Hope all is well

Thanks @Philb its been a hassle not slipping into 4 count but finally getting to where I can control it and sing at the same time. Very much appreciated you commenting letting me know I am getting there.

I really like to dance a waltz large tiny tiny steps 1 large any direction 2 small steps soon you will flowing across the floor keep your shoulders up so your partners is at a comfortable level. Give your partner a warning what direction you are going to move with your left hand raise it a bit in the direction you are going to move. Because I like waltz music so much I kept after trying to learn how to play them. Nice to know I am finally getting there. So thanks for listening in and commenting. Very much appreciated so grateful you enjoyed the unplugged campfire rendition.

Thanks @Marty74 it is a good song looking forward to hearing your version. But so many lyrics was just about at my limit to memorize and play at the same time. Took a lot of takes to get one postworthy ha ha just about at the limit of what my mind could handle. Very much appreciated you listening in and commenting. So glad you enjoyed the unplugged rendition and found it enjoyable.

Hey thanks I like the key change also you are very perceptive the original did it but had a full orchestra to help with the change. I did not so I made up a change that would work with it unplugged. Much appreciated you listening in and commenting. So glad you found the emotional campfire rendition enjoyable.
