It turns out that when you click on the “Acoustic Tuesday” link to the left, you are taken to “tonypolecastro.com/blog/”. That is what it looks like: a blog and not the actual home of the Acoustic Tuesday show.
The home of the Acoustic Tuesday show is “acousticlife.tv”. At the top, one of the “sections” is “Submit” with a little down arrow beside it which opens up 3 different things you can submit.
I hope this helps.

One more time, @Skyman , I am late to the party and you’ve already gotten some great advice. So I’m just gonna summarize what’s been said.
1) Don’t use the metronome when learning chords, transitions, picking patterns, etc. Wait till you can play something smoothly and pretty much automatically so that you can pay attention to the metronome and not what you’re playing. If the right way to word it is “what you’re trying to play”, then you shouldn’t be using a metronome. (If your instructor disagrees with this, he’s not recognizing that you’re being overwhelmed and he’s not breaking things down to the smallest denominator.)
2) The metronome is one more “skill” to learn. It’s going to take time. It will be challenging (as opposed to frustrating) at first. Take plenty of deep breaths and stick to it because it will be worth it in the end.
3) When you do reach the point where you can use a metronome to your benefit, you can use it in many different ways for many different reasons. That’s where you decide what works for you and where you are going on your guitar journey. And it should be mentioned that once you are comfortable with a metronome, the first point is not as important. Eventually, you can become so good with a metronome that it can help you to learn new things.
4) There is absolutely no good reason for me to suggest a certain metronome unless you ask for a suggestion because there are a gazillion metronomes out there and they all work.
I hope this helps.

Hey @stevieblues , sounds like you have gotten the advice needed. (Gotta love this community.)
But I was hoping that you will give us an update when you get it back from the shop. Let us know how it turned out and what the luthier said about it.

Well, I can say one true thing about covid, @Guitargeezer-Jack . Pretty much everything they have told us is a lie. We don’t know how many people have died from covid, but we do know it’s not what they tell us. And on and on.
And laughter is a lot better medicine than anything the pharmaceutical companies offer. It has no side effects. That alone puts it ahead of anything they sell. Oh, and sell is the operative word here. Again, on and on.
Finally, the song. It’s cute. The best thing about this song is that it gave you more practice playing and singing, and for that, I say: “Bravo”.
Other than that, I thank you for the info about the song and the artist. We can always rely on you to provide interesting background info. Thanks for that.

You are correct, @Tom000-18 , TAC support told me that the FW course would be offered in the first few months of 2022. However, they also told me there was no definite plan at that time. I would expect the announcement anytime now.
I was also told they would put up a banner across the top of the TAC homepage and put it in the newsletter.

You guys and your 100 day challenge. You make me feel inferior. I’ll be interested in seeing your progress.
You are already doing better. I love this song. And it’s not as easy as it seems. Great job TJ.

Yes, it’s the same course Dave.
I hope that TAC finally can offer the FW course all the time somewhere down the road @Tom000-18 . The headquarters staff, including Tony and Levi, have been working overtime since before the platform change. Newer people wouldn’t realize there has been a whole new week of lessons every month for several months now.
I imagine the hold up on offering the FW course is they don’t want to release the “old” version again. Doing these lessons could be compared to coming up with a new album. Not just time and effort, but a lot of creativity also to accomplish their goals.

Yes, @Bill_Brown there is a newsletter every Tuesday, announcing what the Acoustic Tuesday show is featuring.

🙏 Thank you @Cadgirl and @Skyman for adding your experience. It really is helpful to get a number of different points of view, especially when they overlap. This is a great community. I love TAC. You are in the right place @Ping and Dawn ( @Lyricqueen70@gmail.com )

That’s great @Ping . One thing I didn’t spell out, is when you notice something you did well or something you learned, you give yourself a “pat on the back”. Post a “small win” so we can follow your progress. That makes it extra fun. We see our progress and we see the progress of others. It’s just a huge boost. 😄
