Thanks @Bill_Brown @Duane58 @stevieblues . I intend to play this live at the Scones VOM next week (which was one of my pledges at the 90 day progress party) so it’s death or glory time I guess! I will record the live stream and if it is anything near a reasonable performance I’ll post it on Play For Us.

Thanks @TMutter . Great image you posted there. I have always found learning lyrics difficult but it helps if you’ve written them yourself as you have it all locked in a bit better then.

Simply beautiful. I would say TAC seems to have done it’s job if you gave got to this point. Have a great trip as you continue. Are you on any of the VOMs? That would be a great way to inspire others and kerp in touch with the TAC community. Fare thee well 🤘😎🎸

That is great. It means so much to get into the routine and eventually it is just part of daily life to pick up the guitar. Well done. 🤘😎🎸

That is fantastic. It takes quite a range of different skills to ace the whole week so TAC must be rubbing off on you. Keep on Rockin’ 🤟😎🎸

Good grief. That’s a lot of hours! Remarkable achievement but when you’re having fun why stop? 🤟😎🎸

Watch the first tip on this video. I am definitely guilty of this! By the way it took me about 6 weeks to get to a point where I could play an hour without feeling my fingers were being cut by cheese wire! Keep on going though. It is SOOO worth it. 🤟😎🎸

Hey well done on Year 3 🎉🌟🌟🌟. Plenty more track on the road by the sounds of it and great job on the VOMs. I am hoping to get to more now. Hope next year brings you closer to more of your goals but more than that, just enjoying the playing. Keep on Rockin 🤟😎🎸

How did I miss this? I guess it was the Christmas rushing about to family. Anyway a very belated 🎉🌟 TACiversary! I have really enjoyed listening to your songs since I joined TAC. I’m always pleased when I see a new one pop up in the forum (including the occassional foray into electric 🤟😎🎸). Congrats. Darren.

Great job. It is one of the fundamental skills to lock down so a great step forward and it’ll open up a raft of potential songs. 🤟😎🎸

That’s a good idea. I’m still getting occasional pick spin when I’m strumming hard. It is infuriating. I think I’ll give this a go. 🤟😎🎸

Well done! I don’t think I am at the stage where I can get away with not looking at tge strings so good job on that too. 🤟😎🎸

Never really thought about doing that. Sounds like it made a difference then. Great stuff.

At the Jan 90 Day Progress Party Tony said that they are working on FBW 2.0 which is a heavily updated course based on feedback on the first one. He said it wouldn’t be released until probably June so you won’t be able to sign up just yet. I’m looking forward to getting onto it too as soon as it is released. 🤟😎🎸

I’ve had issues with posts going missing. Wondering whether to type them in word and cut n paste afterwards?

As for tuner I do like the headstock style and certainly if I start playing live, however if I plug in I have an app called Gig Performer which I am using as an FX rack and has a built in tuner which fills the screen of the laptop and also has a metronome so thatxs great when I’m connected via a guitar lead.
