@IMPBW , you were struggling, and appear to have recaptured the joy. Your desire to help your sister (and family) is a gift beyond desiring, and my only wish is that it will be given, and she will still be there to enjoy it as well. That may not be the end result, but to give that gift deserves that ending.
You can do this, and will, and we are here to help.

Hmmmmm? MC’d a Christmas party, and introduced other players; worked up and performed a kind of set list between them; Played for real people; Understood the Open D and difference from Normal; and, pulled it off (probably brilliantly, since we alway underplay our abilities here); clipped some items off the bucket list.
Raises only one question to me. So many #smallwins of huge magnitude, glad there is no upper limit to reporting them. The question, when is your encore?

Yeah @Alfred , both excellent thoughts. I have done a Steel Eyespan cover of an Irish Folk song gone modern, once, and love Fairport Convention on so many group and individual levels. Thank you, great ideas.

Thanks @David_Leo . I was unaware of Andersen, and must look deeper. Mary Chapin Carpenter songs in my voice are, well, interesting, so we will see. Great suggestions.
