Good job Kevin! If I remember right, you play live with friends at times? If that is right, how often do you get to do that?

@Bill_Brown I live right next door in Mesa, so maybe I could get away with that. LO

Thank you so much for listening and the kind words.@lecassandra It is home made, but not by me. My granddaughter and her husband were going to some garage sales in the area and came across this. The guy there said he made it. There are tutorials and guides online how to do it. The only thing I would recommend is to make the neck longer. Most you see online do have longer necks; a standard size. This one is too short, has 11 frets, and the spacing is not right, so you do not get the right notes. It is tough to do much with.
Watch this; Justin Johnson on his 3 string shovel guitar. Mind blowing!

Thank you both for listening! I ended up tuning it to GDG. That’s what seemed to be recommended a lot. It was indeed fun; and just for a change of pace. The greats like it, but are not always very careful. LOL

Nice! I could hear hammer ons. No matter where the practice comes from, it all helps us grow. : )
-
Well done! It looks like you are enjoying TAC and the process as you play guitar.
-
Nice! I could hear it. Barre chords, percussion; a lot of elements in this. Way to keep going and progressing.

Yes, jumpinjeff said it best.
It is, as you said, off the top of your head, but within a framework; so the sounds match up. It is freedom and discipline within the structure.
If your like the Grateful Dead though, you might occasionally throw everything out the window on a live jam.

0n my PC I have a panel on the left side that has various resources (not sure if these are what you are talking about). The top button expands or minimizes the panel. After that you have My Routine (Daily Challenge and Fretboard Wizard under that); Resources (5 Day Routine, Skill Courses, and Forums under that); Downloads (Quick Start Guide, Guitar Journal under that); and at the very bottom, ? button for Support.

Nice! So sorry to hear about your friend. It sounds like you have some great memories. Take good care! Well played!

Sweet! Sounding great. That is a lot to learn. I don’t believe I could memorize something with that many verses any more (maybe never LOL). The best to you as you chip away at it. Nice use of the finger picks.

First time? Tone, accuracy, technique, clarity…..check on all of them. You have it down. Speed comes around in time. Wait until next time! Great job!

I have tried a lot through the years, and have several I may use. My over all favorite is this one. Enough grip to help; but not so much it hinders. I have some thicker, like you use; and some thinner (that I find too flexible). This .88 and a 1.0 give me the best over all control, with some flexibility. At my level of playing, it fits me. I hope you find what works for you.
