I did this one a couple years ago or more I think; playing the melody as you did, and then singing (if you want to call it that LOL), to the chords. I found it was a Shaker song they danced to, from 1848 I believe. It’s great how you are bringing out some great tunes from musical history.

Your positions on the chords, and clarity were good. Your speed will improve. Barre chords are a pain for us all at one time or another. At 30 days in the program I wouldn’t even have attempted what you did. Way to go.

Thank you all for listening and the kind words.
@Bill_Brown That little lick proves necessity is the mother of invention. I lost my composure/place, and quickly improvised to keep it going, then got back on track. LOL It was not planned.

That’s it! Keep playing, little at a time it builds, and you see improvement. Recording and posting is a good way to see your journey. It looks like you have only been in TAC a short while. Welcome!

So, so, so, so very good!

Well done, playing and singing! Your voice fit it.

I record in my bedroom on my phone. Give us something. LOL

It takes me a long time sometimes, to move from one place to the next; but that is okay. There are many on here whose journey and playing is beyond me (or you at this point). It is great to see their posts and use that as fuel to move forward. Take good care!
