Okay, that makes me feel much better. I to some degree felt like I was on a train with no windows with no clue where it is going or how to get off. I assumed there had to be a way to contact an actual person who is employed by TAC but had not been able to figure it out. I think we can agree that TAC is a bit odd in its’ design as you have no idea where the lesson are leading you. I not familiar with any other guitar training course that doesn’t allow you access to at least know where the curriculum is taking you even if you can’t access it all. Thanks for the help.

Thanks Moonhare….You have answered my question. I still have some concerns with the fact that there is essentially no customer support but I guess the course is what it is.

Thank you Mike. I don’t generally feel like my hand is in a proper position. I see videos of guys where the wrist to be way forward and their wrist bent 90 and it doesn’t look comfortable nor is it. I will try your suggestions.

Thanks for the advice. I started this course a few months ago but have been playing or more correctly practicing guitar for 3 years. I skipped much of the fundamentals in the beginning which is why I started Tony’s course. My guitar journey has been a train wreck and 100% my fault. After 3 years of practicing on average 1-2 hours a day. I do not know how to play 1 song. Nothing. Nada. Now I do know a lot of other stuff but have never learned a song. I have tried but always get frustrated and quit. If I had found Tony’s course on day 1 I would be a competent guitar player by now. It is what it is. I have hundreds and hundreds of hours invested and I will not quit!

If I had known that missed lessons would not be available after a given period of time, I would not have signed up for this course. I may work 14 hours a day for a week and then be off a week. I am able to catch up on lesson on my days off but if people can’t access lesson from past weeks or months you should clearly state that before you take people’s money. I know of no other guitar course that does this. While I understand the purpose is to motivate people to play daily, sometimes you get sick for a week, are on vacation or have work obligations. This needs to be fixed!!!!
