  • Stopping Renewal

Posted by PMAC on October 28, 2021 at 10:29 pm

If I cancel my current annual membership to make sure I don’t get hit with the auto renew will I still have access to the lessons for remainder of 12 months? Folks, the more I find out how this whole deal works, the less impressed I am. We have no way of actually contacting someone who works for this company. You need to understand that this program generates way 6 figure money and there should be a way to ask questions and get answers from someone other than fellow students! If I am missing something and there is a customers service phone number or email then I apologize.

At the bottom let of the page is a ? in a circle with the word Support next to it. If you click that, you should see frequestly asked questions. By clicking on the ‘account’ tab, the first question deals with canceling your auto renewal. If that doesn’t answer your question, there is an organge circle at the bottom right that is a link to chat directly with TAC service. Click on it to open a chat window, and then ask your quesstion or state a comment. Once submitted, they’ll review it and respond shortly. Hope this helps.

Okay, that makes me feel much better. I to some degree felt like I was on a train with no windows with no clue where it is going or how to get off. I assumed there had to be a way to contact an actual person who is employed by TAC but had not been able to figure it out. I think we can agree that TAC is a bit odd in its’ design as you have no idea where the lesson are leading you. I not familiar with any other guitar training course that doesn’t allow you access to at least know where the curriculum is taking you even if you can’t access it all. Thanks for the help.
