I don’t think the ten minute a day thing is really a hook. Some days it’s tough and don’t feel like doing. So I do it for ten and move on. Other times I really get into the learning of a song and am spending 30 minutes or more. The “trick” is picking up and doing something daily and becomes a habit. Then when I track the progress, or a lesson comes around again, I do see the progress. Less frustrations and more enjoyment. We all came into this world knowing nothing and not able to do much. But we kept trying and got better.

Sometimes mine are sore. I find myself with a death grip and a sharper angle of my wrist. I have been working with a lighter grip, straighter wrist with my palm more parallel to the neck as well as closer.

I am still looking, but once it goes smoothly, I try to do some notes without looking. Exactly what I just played looking at it. I does help some I think. I agree it is repetition. I am trying to do without looking more and more

I started getting it after working on it. At first I didn’t even want to try, but id did. Hammer ons are tough for me with my ring and pinky finger. Still muted, having an easier time with pull offs.
