These exercises are great: I can really feel how they’re increasing strength and accuracy. Also, my picking hand is getting more accurate at hitting the right strings, and the down-up is becoming more natural and automatic

It’s a workout, for sure. I gotta take it slow. Very slow and steady.
Can do this but it does cut into my pinky so not too comfortable. I have to work up some more calluses on it.
Can do this just my pinky finger is tender doing the slide up . I need more calluses.
