I have issues with my pinky finger due to O. I will do the best I can and hopefully this exercise will help with some mobility issues.
This not easy but can see how it can help
this was really good exercise for me. My pinky is feeling it !
Great finger exercise this is a win for me the independent pink and ring finger exercises helped a lot with this .
3rd time through at a good pace starts making the fingers cramp. for some reason I have trouble relaxing my index finger when I play this
I’ve added a version where I alternate pick the string above and below pinky-placed string, to practice accuracy and arching the finger enough to just fret that string but also let adjacent ring clean.

So what do I do with my other digits? My index finger is hovering above the strings and my middle finger is straight up – like it’s flipping me off!
This too is good. I am getting stronger with all my fingers .
