Cool exercise. Definitely some clunkers, but I can see how this will help. Will keep working on it
I couldn’t keep my thumb in same place, but I got my pinky to work.
WOW I needed this!
My pinky works fine, but my other fingers are up in the air. Tony’s stay nice and low. Will they eventually relax and lay flat? The thumb staying put on the neck is a good technique
Decided to work on this issue, here we go.
My pinky needs lots of work. It gets locked sometimes. Need to work on relaxing.
This is what I need to work on . This and stretches
Slow and build. Remember pick direction. Feel my pinky getting stronger !
proper pick and pinkie placement. lol be very careful saying and playing that one. lol smile,
easy to do, trying to keep the index finger relaxed
im having a difficult time with my thumb. it wants to wrap around the neck
QUESTION: Day 1
In this exercise I know what to do with my pinky, BUT what do I do with my other digits? Do I apply any pressure on the fretboard, or do I just let the others hang loose?? My ring finger and index fingers are hovering above the strings and my middle finger is straight up – like it’s flipping me off!
I need strength in my pinky, and that’s why I’m here this week. I am going to pass on our scheduled set of challenges, because it involves finger style. I’m more into flatpicking. So, here goes!
Did this recently in august . I’m good with ii.
