Thank you, @Loraine, @Bill_Brown , @John , and @BethL ! That’s exactly the type of feedback I was hoping for: encouragement and advice. These forums never seem to disappoint.

Based on your suggestions, I will move FFN and FW (I did pay for it) up to #2 and #3. I also will break down these annual goals into 90 day chunks. Maybe 90 days each for FFN, FW, Flatpicking Jumpstart, and Strumming Jumpstart. Of course the goals could be adjusted at Tony’s quarterly check-ins.
