When Tony says “make sure you know these shapes inside and out” what does he mean by that? For todays lesson I struggle big time with bminor and the C#minor.

That’s an E-minor shaped barre chord, which means that it is rooted on the 5th string. You don’t play the low E. Barre chords have several shapes that can be moved around the fretboard. All E-minor shaped barre chords will be positioned on the same strings. All you were doing for the B-minor barre and the C-minor barre that differed was changing the frets, but your fingers stayed on the same strings. So, the shape just moved frets. Google barre chord shapes or take fretboard wizard (I think they’re covered in that). There is also the barre chords skills course.
